Basic rules that apply when using the Rasyon web panel. Last updated: 5 November 2026
Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Rasyon ration formulation web panel ([SHEEPAL]). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
Account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when opening an account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all actions in your account
- You decide which permissions the users you add will have
- Each account belongs to one farm; the farm name, province and district must be entered correctly
Plans and payment
Rasyon is offered with Free, Farm and Consultant plans. Calculations are unlimited; plans differ in the number of saved rations, users and client farms and in suggestion / alternative features. Current plans and prices are shown on the My plan page. Payments are taken in the application by credit card through a payment institution (iyzico). Plans are paid in advance monthly or yearly and do not renew automatically; if not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan and your records are not deleted.
Licence and limits of use
- The Free and Farm plans are for the single farm registered in the account only. They may not be used to provide ration services, paid or free, to other farms, and reports may not be used on behalf of other farms.
- Consultants, veterinarians, animal nutritionists and feed companies preparing rations for other farms (clients) must use the Consultant plan, in which each client farm is registered separately, up to the number of client farm slots purchased.
- Reports carry the licensee name, licence number and a verification code; removing, altering or hiding this information is prohibited. Anyone can see on whose behalf a report was produced on the verification page.
- On single-farm plans the farm name, province and district can only be changed at intervals; frequent changes may be treated as moving the licence to other farms.
- We may review unusual usage (e.g. many herd profiles belonging to different farms). In case of breach, after a warning, we may suspend the account, require an upgrade to the Consultant plan or close the account.
Your records
The animal, feed, price and ration records you enter belong to you. We do not use them for any purpose other than providing the service and do not share them with third parties.
Rules of use
- Use the service in accordance with the law and these terms
- Do not try to access other people's accounts or data without permission
- Do not take actions that disrupt the system or endanger its security
- Do not extract the feed library or calculation results in bulk with automated tools
Decision support
Requirement calculations, optimisation, warnings and risk assessments in Rasyon are based on published feeding standards (NRC, NASEM, etc.) and help you make decisions; they do not replace the professional judgement of veterinarians and specialists. The accuracy of feed analysis values, the application of the ration, animal health and farm decisions are the responsibility of the user.
Service continuity
We continuously develop Rasyon, add new features and improve existing ones. Short interruptions may occur during maintenance and updates; we give advance notice whenever possible.
Closing the account
You may ask us to close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close the account in case of serious breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. The current text is published on this page; we announce important changes separately.

Scope
This policy applies to the Rasyon web panel ([SHEEPAL]). The legal notice on the processing of personal data is given separately in the KVKK Information Notice.
Information we process
- Account information: name, surname, e-mail, phone, farm name, province / district, herd size
- User and permission information: users you add and their roles
- Farm records: animal data, your feeds, feed prices and stocks, rations; client farm details on the Consultant plan
- Technical information: session, device and browser information, IP address, activity logs
- Billing and payment information: billing name, national ID / tax number, tax office, address, plan and payment records; card details are processed by the payment institution and are not stored in Rasyon
What we use it for
- Opening your account, managing your session and providing the service
- Producing ration calculations, analyses, suggestions and reports
- Showing on the verification page on whose behalf a report was produced (farm name, province, licence no. and date only; the ration content is not shown)
- Processing plans and payments and issuing invoices
- Ensuring security, preventing abuse and licence violations, fixing errors
- Improving the service and meeting legal obligations
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed with:
- Providers that help us deliver the service: the payment institution (iyzico), e-mail delivery, hosting and infrastructure services
- Legally authorised authorities upon request
Retention
We keep your information while your account is open and for as long as the service requires. After the account is closed, information is deleted, destroyed or anonymised except where legal retention obligations (e.g. invoices) apply.
Security
We take technical and administrative measures: connections are encrypted, passwords are stored unreadably, each farm's records are accessible only to that farm's users and actions are logged with who performed them. Do not share your password with anyone.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights to information, correction, deletion and objection as described in the KVKK Information Notice.

The web panel uses essential cookies for your session, language preference and form security. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current text is always published on this page; we announce important changes separately.

- Identity and contact: name, surname, e-mail, phone
- Customer transactions: farm details (name, province / district, herd size), client farm details, ration and feed records, plan and payment records, requests and correspondence
- Finance: billing name, national ID / tax number, tax office, billing address (card details are processed by the payment institution and not stored by us)
- Transaction security: username, password (unreadable), session and activity logs, IP address
Purposes
- Managing membership and account operations
- Providing ration calculation, analysis and reporting services
- Verifying licensed reports and preventing licence violations
- Running sales, payment and invoicing processes
- Sending notifications and information
- Ensuring information security and meeting legal obligations
- Responding to requests and complaints
Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation of the controller, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the legitimate interest of the controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where none of these apply, your explicit consent is obtained.
Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with the payment (iyzico), e-mail, hosting and infrastructure providers we use and with competent public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.
Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through the web panel, payment form, e-mail and telephone.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if an additional cost arises, the tariff set by the Board may apply.
