Pre-information and distance sales terms for Rasyon plan subscriptions. Last updated: 5 November 2026

Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the seller below ("Seller") and the person or business ordering through the Rasyon web panel ([SHEEPAL]) ("Buyer"). The Buyer's details are the name or company, national ID / tax number, address, phone and e-mail entered in the order.

Subject

The subject is the sale and provision of the Rasyon software plans ordered electronically by the Buyer (Farm or Consultant plan; monthly or yearly subscription; client farm slots on the Consultant plan). The parties accept their rights and obligations under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Product, service and price

The plan name, period, number of client farms, VAT-inclusive price and total are shown in the order summary and on the payment screen before payment. Current prices are on the My plan page. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT; the amount shown at the time of payment applies.

Payment

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Card details are not seen or stored by the Seller. The order is not concluded until the payment is approved. The invoice is issued with the Buyer's details and sent by e-mail.

Provision of the service

• Software plans: once the payment is approved, the plan is activated immediately in the Buyer's Rasyon account; the period starts on the payment date. A payment made while the same plan is active extends it. There is no physical delivery.
• If the Seller cannot fulfil the order for a justified reason, it informs the Buyer before the deadline and refunds the full amount within 14 days.

Licence

The plan is subject to the licence clause in the Terms of Use: the Farm plan is for the single farm registered in the account; ration services for other farms may only be provided with the Consultant plan.

Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form or whose performance starts with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. Since plans are activated immediately upon payment, the Buyer accepts this by ticking the box on the payment page and purchasing the plan.

Refund and cancellation

Plans end automatically at the end of the period unless renewed; the account returns to the Free plan, access to paid features is limited and records are not deleted. The Buyer may apply to the Seller to cancel a running plan. If a plan is not activated because of a technical error or in case of a duplicate charge, the Buyer applies with the payment reference; amounts found to be due are refunded to the card used.

Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy and used only to fulfil the order, invoicing and legal obligations.

Complaints and disputes

The Buyer may send complaints and requests to the Seller using the contact details above. Consumer Arbitration Committees of the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.

Entry into force

Before payment, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accepted this pre-information and agreement. The agreement is concluded when the payment is approved. Order details are e-mailed to the Buyer, who may print or save this text.
